Master in Acoustics
The Master's degree in Acoustics at the University of Lyon is a two-year course, supported by the Centre Lyonnais d'Acoustique (LabEx CelyA, an alliance of the main acoustics research teams in Lyon). The programme is coordinated by Ecole Centrale de Lyon and Polytech-Lyon (the engineering school of the University of Lyon 1), in collaboration with ENTPE and INSA Lyon.
Two-year Master program, based on four internationally recognized engineering schools, 8 research laboratories of the University of Lyon and CeLyA, an alliance of the main research teams working in acoustics in Lyon.

Our two-year programme is open to continuing education.
Engineering students from École Centrale de Lyon, PolyTech-Lyon, INSA-Lyon, ENTPE and ECAM can take the M2 programme as part of a double degree.
Students in their final year of engineering studies can apply directly to the M2 programme, provided they have passed their M1 in another master's programme in mechanics or physics.
The Master of Acoustics in Lyon is open to students from France and abroad.
A significant part of the course focuses on the progressive acquisition of scientific communication skills in English.
To this end, we offer high-level scientific courses in English. What's more, you can do your work placements abroad to help you find a job abroad.
- Hold a scientific degree or a Bachelor of Science
- Have a B1 level in English (CEFR)
