NARRATE develops an AI-based tool to enhance resilience in manufacturing and logistics. The Intelligent Manufacturing Custodian (IMC) acts as a nerve center, using data for proactive decision-making and real-time monitoring. IMC integration transforms supply chains into Smart Manufacturing Networks (SMNs) capable of withstanding disruptions. A Digital Twin represents SMN data, training machine learning models to predict disruptions. AI algorithms provide real-time reporting on a dashboard.

NARRATE aims to strenghten manufacturing resilience by developing an AI-based tool, the Intelligent Manufacturing Custodian (IMC), integrating Digital Twin and IoT technologies to predict and manage disruptions, while transforming supply chains into Smart Manufacturing Networks (SMNs).
The project is motivated by two observations: (i) there is currently a shift from relational to Graph Databases (GDBs) that still suffer from a lack of a formal semantics; (ii) GDBs not only have to be queried, but also transformed in a meaningful and reliable way.

According to the WHO, 1 in 4 people in Europe are affected by psychiatric disorders during their lifetime. In France, nearly 3 million people are affected by depression each year. An important challenge of artificial intelligence is to facilitate medical diagnoses.
