The LVA of INSA Lyon and the Tribology and Machine Condition Monitoring research group of UNSW are developing research activities in predictive machine maintenance for the strategic sectors of energy production and aeronautics. The two teams have strong historical scientific collaborations that they wish to perpetuate through the FRAMPI project. The project aims to provide a joint response to the challenges associated with the safety and durability of materials by extending the service life of machine components. Its aim is to contribute to both scientific research and technology transfer.
