Student representation
Student-citizens are individuals ready to engage in the establishment's life via the various structures that may concern them.
G6
Group of the student life (G6) is a structure that provides an interface for dialogue, sharing information and discussion between students, doctoral students and INSA'S management. Its role is to coordinate the action of the elected members of the various statutory bodies and to facilitate communication between students and management.
The Studies Council
The Studies Council is a statutory body within the establishment. Its mission is to deal with teaching aspects as well as student living conditions. It is composed of thirty members: two first cycle student representatives, eight second cycle student representatives, two third cycle student representatives and Continuing Education auditors. Elections are held regularly to renew the students elected to this council.
The Management Board
The Management Board is a statutory body within the establishment. Its task is to make decisions concerning the establishment's strategic direction. Among its 33 members, the council comprises two student representatives from the first cycle, two student representatives from the second cycle and continuing education students; a representative of the third cycle students who did not belong to the previous college. Elections are also held regularly to renew the students elected to this council.
The Residential Life Council
The Residential Life Council's purpose is to liaise between management and students with regard to residential life. Elections are held at the start of each university year in order to elect a student representative per residence. Apart from student representatives, this council is composed of the residences' director, the general secretary and the welfare assistant.
GOELAND
Its mission is to reflect and act in order to carry out preventive action in the field of addictive behaviour (alcohol, tobacco, etc.). A precise report of the way students live has been prepared and it permits work to be done arising from the main conclusions of this survey. This group is composed of the medical-social team, representatives of the administrative services, teachers and students.
Welfare Commission
The welfare commission helps the welfare assistant in allocating social support, whether reimbursable or not, to students with specific financial problems.
The commission is composed of the welfare assistant, teaching managers, administration service managers and students co-opted by student elected members
