The programme combines, in the same year, an academic stay and a corporate placement among the members of the network.

In addition, there are three sessions each year gathering together all student participants, together with the academic partners and corporate coaches, for seminars in English based on topics including management, developing the ability to adapt, and approaching the world of work.

Two candidates selected

A preliminary selection was made jointly between the home departments of the students (in the 4th year at INSA Lyon) on the basis of their academic level.

On Thursday 7 February the final selection was made by company chiefs, HR managers and executives from several European corporate partners in the programme. The selection process was based on language skills (interview in English), management and human relationships, motivation, the ability to manage a product and take decisions, development potential and adaptability. Of the five applications received, two candidates were accepted, by the Industrial Engineering (IE) and Electrical Engineering (EE) departments respectively.
