Signature of sponsorship agreement with SPIE
Agree for a period of 5 years for the benefit of its Partnership Foundation.
European leader in services to electrical, air treatment and mechanical engineering, SPIE improves the quality of life by supporting local authorities and businesses in the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of more energy-economical systems with greater respect for the environment.
“While we have already for many years enjoyed a close relationship with INSA, the sponsorship agreement considerably widens our visibility to students of this prestigious engineering school” declared Vincent Magnon, South-East Regional Director for SPIE Communications, a graduate of INSA Lyon.
The SPIE Group and INSA Lyon enjoy a partnership relationship which has resulted in many exchanges, notable in terms of teaching and partnership, and in particular with the Telecommunications Services and Usages Department.
SPIE wished to support the development campaign led by INSA Lyon and supported by the Foundation on two main themes:
- Widening its partnership with the STIC centre at INSA, particularly the 4 IF, TC, GE and GEN Departments and 2 CITI-LIRIS laboratories
- Develop and strengthen its policy in favour of diversity by being involved in projects conducted by the Diversity and Success Centre of INSA Lyon
