The course covers 210km with a total of 3500m of elevation. Participants will enjoy a variety of disciplines ranging from mountain-biking, orienteering, trekking, canoeing, Run&Bike, rifle shooting and various surprise events.
Teams will be made up of four people who will stay together throughout the competition. The final ranking will be split into the following categories: the general ranking (male, female and mixed), the student teams, corporate teams and mixed student/company teams. The student/company teams are made up of two professionals from the same company and two INSA Lyon students, in order to create links between students and working engineers via a shared passion for outdoor sport.

Note that the "Raid" is open to everyone: INSA staff may also take part, so come and join the adventure!

The RAID also has a prologue organised at the end of April
To get started on training or just for fun, the prologue will take place on 28 April in the Miribel Jonage Park near Lyon.
