"L'Etudiant" 2012 engineering school rankings
INSA Lyon maintains its standing
Published last week, the results of the multi-criteria ranking of post-Baccalaureate (post-High School) Engineering Schools carried out by "L’Etudiant" magazine confirmed INSA Lyon's top ranking, for the 5th successive year.
With 63 points, the School arrives ahead of UTC Compiègne (56 points), INSA Toulouse (46 points) and INSA Rouen (42 points) respectively 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the ranking.
As in 2011, INSA Lyon is ranked number one among post-Baccalaureate Engineering Schools. It is the only establishment to achieve the A+ category and obtain the "xxx" in each area: "academic level", "company relations" and "international profile".
The School is also ranked 6th among French engineering schools and is the number 1 ranked school outside Paris, all categories included.
For information, in the international QS World University Rankings Engineering &Information Technology 2011, INSA Lyon was ranked 132nd worldwide and 4th in France.
