Technical teaching at expert level will be organised to cover all fields and disciplines in the business, with its implications, actors and special approaches, from the upstream phases in public policy, the industrial design of equipment or the design of lighting projects, to the operational phases of sizing, installation, operation and maintenance of systems and infrastructures.

The course will be completed with transverse themes which structure the professional activities: standards and regulatory constraints, energy savings and sustainable development implications. The aim of the course is to train specialists with an overall sharp vision of urban lighting in jobs such as:

- Commercial Engineer
- Design and Works Engineer
- Design Bureau Manager
- Product Manager
- Network Manager
- Project Leader in lighting design
- Manager of lighting department in a local authority or intercommunal group

A lighting cluster represents a natural extension of the technical dialog which takes place every day between all lighting professionals, on the national and international scale, and with higher education and research bodies.
