Six events were organized during the week’s preparatory work:

• The integration chain (during the administrative chain in undergraduate cycle premises) presenting games and numerous stands set up by the Students Office and its partners (International Associations, AII, BIIJ, BNP, etc.),
• The integration evening (a show in the Capelle amphitheatre),
• The “Plouc” (games on the campus),
• The Sponsorship evening (at the Cafeteria, sponsor/sponsoree games),
• The Rally (games in Lyon),
• The “PAF” (Party And Fun evening) (at the Cafeteria, “ jeux entre lanières”*)

The finale to the fortnight's activities was the 19th edition of the Integration Weekend (or WEI in French), which took place at Port Barcarès, with 500 participants and almost 50 organisers, who did the 600 km journey in 10 coaches!
The integration weekend took place in a relaxed informal atmosphere and began right from the moment the participants arrived, with games on the beach and at the camp-site. As you can imagine, this went on long into the night.
Integration is a privileged moment for freshmen and women, as it enables them to get to know their new school and to create a real “class” spirit, which will last throughout their studies at the Lyon INSA.
