The International Relations Department (DRI) facilitates the preparation of files and supports the applications for all mobility grants, subject to eligibility.
Regional Explo’RA SUP Grants
Source : Rhône-Alpes Regional Council
Destination : All foreign countries, except French Foreign departments and countries, other than the country of birth.
Allocation criteria: Mandatory internship in a company or in a university laboratory. The application file must be handed in to the International Relations Department. No direct application to the Region is accepted. The Explo'ra sup grant is worth 95 euros a week, i.e 380 euros a month. Students on grants based on social criteria or zero interest grant beneficiaries in the year prior to the mobility and/or in the year of mobility, receive additional aid of 530 euros. Students with a disability also receive this.
A few Erasmus internship grants

Destination: 31 countries of the European Union, other than the student's country of origin
Allocation criteria: must be a European Union national
Grants from the “Association of Members of the Order of Academic Awards” (AMOPA)
Destination: All countries
For any student doing an internship in a university laboratory throughout the year, and with a specific study area.
Grants from the “Franco-German Office for Youth” (OFAJ)
OFAJ: Possible grants for a mandatory practical internship in a German institution/company for a minimum duration of 4 weeks and maximum of 6 months.
