Results of the call for proposals for Laboratories of Excellence
INSA Lyon among the 5 LABEX awards
On Friday 25 March, Prime Minister François Fillon, Minister for Higher Education and Research, Valérie Pécresse, and René Ricol, general commissioner for investment, presented the list of the 100 winning candidates in the call for projects “Laboratories of Excellence”.
The Lyon - Saint-Etienne site was highly successful: 8 LabEx projects from the 12 presented by the University of Lyon, and 2 projects with which the University was associated, were selected and will be financed by the State.
INSA Lyon is present in 5 of the selected LABEX projects, where 15 INSA laboratories are involved.
