Presentation

Training takes place on the INSA Lyon site of from mid-September to early April. It is followed by a 5-month industrial internship.
It allows candidates to acquire the tools and methods of industrial engineering while opening up to corporate culture and becoming capable of conducting large-scale industrial projects.

Objectives
 

• Meet the needs of an industry that is evolving. Strategies, supplier and customer relationships, organisations, management methods, cultures, management skills... all are evolving with the globalisation of labour and markets and the emergence of ICTs and the Net, and the controlled approach to projects.
   
• Develop autonomy, initiative, a global view, the mastery of tools...
  
   
• Learn to assess risks, to make decisions, to have a qualitative approach.
