- INSA students enrolled at the Institut National des Sciences et Techniques Nucléaires ( French National Institute of Nuclear Sciences and Technologies)
- students from the Institut Français du Pétrole (French Petroleum Institute)
- students with an enrolment certificate from a partner university, if provided for by an agreement
- INSA students enrolled on a dual diploma during their "6th year" enrolment.
From the start of the next academic year, students on the Plastic Processes site in Oyonnax (4th and 5th year GMPP) are treated as the others as regards payment of the "multi-service card".
