Employment and placements
The "Espace Avenir Ingénieurs (EAI)" (Future Engineers Space) is INSA Lyon's Placement and Employment reference.
Part of INSA Lyon's Company Relationships Directorate, the Future Engineers Space provides support in creating your career both in France and abroad.
It's a resource centre located on the 2nd floor of the Library Marie Curie: open to all student-engineers from their 1st year of studies, but also to INSA Lyon's staff.
It's also a dynamic portal:
eai.insa-lyon.fr, giving the latest news of company recruitment and the jobs market, offers of placements and jobs for young graduates, new additions to the document centre, etc.
The EAI is also an entry point for companies wanting to find out more about INSA courses or for disseminating information to the whole student-engineer body.
EAI's areas of involvement are:
- Providing information concerning placement offers, jobs for young graduates, summer or second jobs, International Voluntary placements in Companies.
- Help with finding placements and building a career plan, provision of methodologies for designing CVs and personal statements, preparation for recruitment interviews and tests.
- Provision of documentary resources (France & International) on:
- Engineering trades.
- Sectors of economic activity.
- French and foreign companies.
- The jobs market and the latest news on recruitment.
- Employment in the public service.
