Biochemistry
Biochemistry is the study of the structure and function of biomolecules (proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids) and multimolecular complexes
The sector concerned by biochemistry is that of biotechnology, including health (drugs, diagnostics, reagents), the food industry, cosmetics, textiles and the environment.
The Master’s of Biochemistry has two specialisations in the second year (M2):
- a Research specialisation in “Structural and Functional Biochemistry”
- a Professional specialisation in “Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology”.
The first year of the master’s programme is the same for both specialisations.
