The BdE manages association life
The BdE manages association life. The Student Office association is the establishment's main contact when it comes to participating in the regulation of association life. Its mission is to help all the student associations and support association projects. All INSA students are members of the BdE and can benefit from its services, participate in the association's activities and take part in its organization.
Management of association premises is entrusted to the General Secretariat and to the BdE
With regard to premises, a certain number of rooms distributed between INSA'S various buildings are now available to student associations. These premises (with the exception of those in the departments or those managed on an agreement basis) are all available to the BdE, whose responsibility it is to allocate them in agreement with the General Secretariat, and after consultation with INSA'S different associations.
The organization of major events on the campus:
The Student Office also represents a gala for 3,500 participants, a cross-country raid involving 200 students and engineers from partner companies, fresher’s week (800 first year students), etc.

Services for all at student prices:
- washing machines and driers in 7 INSA residences.
- free access to photocopiers and binders.
- sales of binder kits, stamps, tram tickets, faxes, etc.
- room hire for private or association evenings.
- a photo booth.
- free loan of footballs, pétanque balls, etc.
- a cooperative.
- a reading room with magazines.
- a television room with cable television.
